Q: How do I book a transaction with you?

A: Please sign up for an account and book your desired rates on this website.
A：本サイトよりアカウント登録のうえ、ご希望のレートをご予約ください。
Q: Can I fix a rate today, but transact the next day?
Q：今日のレートを固定して、翌日に取引することはできますか？
A: Yes, you may. Please make your booking on this website.
A：はい、可能です。取引希望額をご予約ください。
Q: If I have booked a rate already, but the rate changes the next day, can I go by the next day's rate instead?
Q：すでにレートを予約していますが、翌日にレートが変わった場合、翌日のレートで取引できますか？
A: No. Once a rate is booked, it does not matter if the rate goes up or down the next day.
The transaction would have to be made at the rate booked.
A：いいえ。レートはご予約時点のものが適用されます。翌日にレートが上がっても下がっても、取引は予約時のレートで行われます。
Q: Do I need to bring my identification document along?
Q：身分証明書は必要ですか？
A: We do not need identification documents for transactions below 2 million yen, but we do for transactions 2 million yen and above.

Q: What is the minimum and maximum amount I can transact at a time?

A: There is no minimum or maximum.

Q: What is the nearest station and exit to your office?
Q：オフィスの最寄駅と出口はどこですか？
A: The nearest station is Shinjuku Station.
From the JR Line, Exit 4 (South Exit, about 4 minutes on foot) is the closest.
From the Toei Shinjuku Line, Exit 6 (about 1 minute on foot) is the nearest.
A：最寄駅は新宿駅です。JR線からお越しの場合は南口の出口4（徒歩約4分）、
都営新宿線からお越しの場合は出口6（徒歩約1分）が最寄りです。
Q: Do you have any transaction fees?

A: No, we do not charge any hidden or transaction fees.
